Running a complex survey in which respondents are selecting one or more opportunities for an application to be considered. I typically have Qualtrics data auto-export to an Excel sheet in my work OneDrive account, but is there a way to have that information auto-exported to different sheets/files depending on the answer to particular questions?
That is, student applied for opportunity A, so their data is exported to Folder/Sheet A. Another student applies to A & B, so their data is exported to Folders/Sheets A & B, etc. At present, it seems you have to manually apply filters to the entire dataset and then manually sort data into multiple files.
There are multiple stakeholders who we want to be able to track applications for specific opportunities, so it would be great if each stakeholder had access to only the relevant info in a Folder/Sheet for their opportunity.
