We’ve been having this issue for the past few months. Hoping somebody has some suggestions. We use automatic email notifications sent to students to complete course evaluations. The link to the student landing page works fine. We’ve set it so that evaluations for each course and instructor say “to-do” if not completed and “Done” when completed.
So, the student clicks the “to-do” button. Upon clicking the button, most (though not all),students are being sent to the “thank you for submitting the survey” page. Sometimes using an incognito/private window will correct the issue, sometimes refreshing the page will correct the issue. Returning to the student landing page will display “done,” even though the student will not have completed the survey.
I’ve had conversations with Qualtrics over the last several months but we have not been able to rectify this issue. We’ve set “Security Scan Monitor” to “on” but no success.
Anybody else experiencing this?
