I’m currently designing an impact survey with 3 components T1 (pre event), T2 (immediately post event) and T3 (30 days post T2).

After some searching T1 looks pretty simple (email link, QR code on the day etc).

I’d like to link T1 and T2- but this doesn’t look possible if folks are accessing T2 through a QR code etc, rather than a personalised email? (I could be wrong here though, I’m getting a bit mixed up on if setting the email as the External Data Reference to cross between T1 and T2 would allow these to link?).

My big problem is with T3 as I only want to follow up with participants who indicate they’re happy to be contacted during T2. I’ve found good info around automating the T2 - T3 process, but can’t find anything about adding a filter where it’ll only email participants who indicate interest?

Advice greatly appreciated here- I felt like I was really getting somewhere until I hit this one!
