Automating Survey Data Downloads

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to automate the daily survey data download from Data & Analysis tab. I tried using response export automation but it showed this error when I created the automation for data downloads for today 9am.

FTS_3 - Incorrect connection parameters. Please verify your username, password, port and host. error in qualtrics

I want to know what’s causing this error? Is it the path that I have added or something else?
