We create surveys (deployed to workforces at multiple companies) from a library of custom questions. Question text changes from survey to survey, e.g. company name. We need to set and periodically update a master benchmark for each question that gets incorporated into the dashboard. What is the best work flow for doing this? Ideal outcome is:
- I build a library of all our questions in Qualtrics.
- I define global benchmark scores for all those questions.
- I create a new survey by picking questions from the library, or copying an existing survey. Then make small wording changes as necessary.
- Qualtrics keeps track of unique internal question IDs despite those wording changes.
- Dashboard can show the global benchmarks on a question-by-question basis.
- I can do year-to-year comparisons for the same company with a similar method.
Appreciate any advice on what’s possible and how to go about this.
Thanks much!
