I am relatively new to Qualtrics and hitting some brick walls. I have been disappointed to learn that I cannot customize the appearance of the “Include Response Report” when I am sending an Email Task in Workflows. The PDF that opens with the link is also less than ideal. I don't think the budget will allow for paying for custom coding. Because I need to make things look more professional for the people who are receiving a copy of their response, I believe my only option is using Piped Text in a blank Email Task to make the copy of the response I send look like I want it to.

I would like to be able to get a full list of all the Piped Text merge codes for all the questions in my survey IN BULK so I can use them to create a custom “look” in an Email Task to send to my respondents. I can't find anywhere that it is possible. I am using these surveys as a tool for gathering information and there are many questions that I need to pull in and quite a few variations on a theme for the different responses.

In my former survey tool, I could do this very easily by just adding ALL the codes for all the questions to an email action. One pick out of a dropdown list and PRESTO!

Does any way exist to get this Piped Text information IN BULK in Qualtrics? I can find no way to get them other than pulling each Piped Text code INDIVIDUALLY from the UI when I see the Insert Piped Text icon {A}. Am I just not seeing where to do it?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
