I would like to have a question that allows respondents to sign up for 1date/time per person. My criteria is below.

I have figured out how to add a calendar and a quota question. My issue is that the only way I’ve found to ensure criteria 3 is to use quotas. However, for a 2 week block it doesn’t make sense, as there would be way too many options for a multiple choice question, and numerous skip logics.

I prefer the calendar but I can’t find a way to incorporate time slots unless I add a question which brings me back to the multiple choice question with what would be dozens of choices.

1. This is for a 2 week block of time (Mon-Fri).
2. The time slots need to be 15 min each from 8-5 with an hour blocked off for lunch.
3. Each day/time slot can be selected only once.

Is there a way to handle this sort of scenario that makes sense for a 10 day block of time?
