I have a survey which is a customer satisfaction survey. But since there is some privacy issue so we can only send the survey invitation to our customer servicer, and let the customer servicer help to distribute the survey to their client. Each customer have their unique receipt number.
Qualtrics have a prevent spam mail setting so I can not send the invite to the same email address within 12 hours. Is there any way that I can let the same email address receive more than 1 survey invitation within 12 hours and duplicate email based on the receipt number instead of email address? Thanks for your help!
You might be able to get around this by using a different first name/last name combination for each customer. So perhaps you can pipe the receipt number into one of the name fields.
However, instead of using the Qualtrics email distribution to send the same survey invitation to the same person repeatedly, I would consider other options to work around email limitations. Is there any way you could use the Personal Links feature to generate a spreadsheet full of unique links, which the customer service center could copy and send to each customer? Or would it be feasible to for you (or the customer service center) to use Query Strings with the receipt number to create a unique link to send to each customer?
