Hello,

We can creating a survey which is basically a form to enter more of text inputs.

Can we show questions horizontally like below - 

 

I think you have to try with side by side question.

Could you accomplish this with a Text Entry Matrix Table?

You can achieve the same by using below methods:
 

 One is using MCQ and other is using Side by Side , both having Text entry allowed.
Below is the preview the same:

 

Hope this resolves your query😊!!!

Side by side question is best in this case, although you can't make your entire survey horizontally as it will cause bad user experience because of scrolling.
