I have a field that had the last date someone accepted an offer, but in some cases this field is empty if the person never accepted the offer. I need to create a graphic with the percentage of people that accepted and declined the offer but since Qualtrics doesn't save the empty embedded data fields i am not sure how can i do it.

Any ideas?

Erikahuer
If you want it in separate widgets you can make use of advance filter on widget level to tell the field is empty.
Hope it helps!

Deepak i want just one widget that shows how many took the offer and how many didn't. Like a pizza o donut visualization.

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/52719#Comment_52719One widget would be difficult and would not be possible with the kind of data you have and so you will have to do some additional steps, which would mean modifying the data.
But before that is there any other field which is dedicated just for rejected respondents and not for accepted you can use that in simple chart with two metrics.
If not you can create a field in data and analysis for the ones whose embedded data is empty in create field option map it and use it in widget.
Hope it helps!

One option to consider is to create branch logic in survey that if the value if empty, assign "Didn't take offer" to that field or another "Took offer/didn't take offer" flag.
Then you can report on that field in the dashboard.
You'll need to update this field of course in your past response data as well.
