Hello,

I am working on a survey in which I would like to get individual responses to factors a participant may have experienced.

This would like like a multiple choice questions of a range of factors.

Q1 “Did you experience any of the following during your application, choose all that apply”

Then, for each response chosen I would like to create an individual text response.

Q2 “Please tell us in detail what happened regarding (response 1)”

Q2 “Please tell us in detail what happened regarding (response 2)”

The only way I can think of is have many questions with display logic based on choices.

Is there a cleaner/faster way?
