Changing "Customer survey response" field display name in ticketing | XM Community

Within a ticket, users are able to see the “Customer survey response”. My brand refers to customers as “guests”, and I am looking to keep consistency across the platform for frontline users.

 

 

Is there anyway to change the field name of “Customer survey response” to “Guest survey response” on these pages?

I don’t think we can change the text as it is pre-populated static text we have from the backend.
