I am working on a survey with a chat-room feature. At the moment I am having issues because when a participant chooses to leave early from the chat-room (part 1) and progresses with the survey to part two, they have to wait for the other participants to finish in order for qualtrics to retreive data from all 4.
However, the survey keeps getting cut off and ending suddenly. I attempted to fix this by changing the “maxWaitTime” for the GET block (for part 2). This didn’t work. Should I implement a waiting room to ensure all participants are present before proceeding to part 2, or is there any other way to fix this issue?
