Hello,
I am writing to ask whether it is possible to construct a question on Qualtrics in a way that there are 3 multiple choice options to a question and upon choosing one option it reveals more response options, something like this:
Clicking on "modify it":
Reveals options like this underneath:
Is this possible to do this in Qualtrics?
Clicking specific option response reveals more response options

+19Not within the question, but you can create another quesiton with Display Logic to only show it if that option is clicked in prior quesiton. Make sure to check the "In Page" option so it will appear immediately below as soon as they click that option.
