Hi, 

I am relatively new to trying to program “extras” in qualtrics, and thought I would see if anyone has experience here. 

I am trying to make a certain multiple choice question more visual for participants. I want to create something similar to the photo attached, where the separate numbered rows are the options they can choose from. With a multiple choice question I can add graphics to the seperate options, but this doesn’t allow me to insert the “you receive” and “other person receives” headers. 

Does anybody know how I might be able to recreate this?
