Is it possible to add validation to check that one response in a scale is higher or lower than another e.g. whether AAA is more frequent than BBB

Hi Mike,
might be a stupid question: but why don't you swap items and scale? The items look like the answer categories in a single choice question ;-)
like how often do you use AAA and How often do you use BBB
Coming to the validation: would you like to avoid that respondents tick the same response for AAA and BBB?
