Comparing filtered and unfiltered data in a report | XM Community

I am knowledgeable about survey design/analysis but fairly new to Qualtrics reporting, so any help is appreciated!

I am setting up a report for six universities that participated in a survey. Each institution will receive a report based on how their students responded. For these reports, I would like to include a comparison between each institution and the full dataset for several of the survey questions (Ex: 75% of students at XYZ University agreed that their professors care about their sudents, compared to 80% in the full dataset). The institution is an embedded data field.

Ideally, I would like to set up the report, filter by institution, and run the six reports quickly, but I am not sure how to include the comparisons with the full data.

You could establish each institution as a benchmark to provide comparisons against each other in your reporting. Is this something you have considered? This should allow you to provide comparitors for each institution in your dashboards and reporting
