Condition on the information given by other (past) respondents

Hi community,
I'd like to create a survey where at the end of the survey the respondent gets information on the responses of another (past, randomly chosen) respondent. That is, I want to display something along the lines "Thanks for filling out this questionnaire. Another randomly chosen participant answered question X in the following way...".
Is there a way to condition on the responses of another individual? Ideally, I'd like to upload the data from another past survey and than embedded those past responses (of other respondents) into the survey.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

One of the way is: We can use contact list to upload the answers of questions as embedded data & external data reference as random number between a certain range. Then in survey generate the a random number between same range and use authenticator to pull the respective data.
