Converting from REDCap to Qualtrics to Manage Help Request: Need Help | XM Community

I work at a university. And recently my supervisor asked if we could move from REDCap to Qualtrics. I came across a couple of electronic road blocks! Perhaps I should include some details of what the Qualtrics should look do.
The current REDCap project we have:

  1. Allows an end user to submit a request via survey,

  2. REDCap notifies us via email there is a request.

  3. REDCap allows us to make notes on the request as we administer to the request. The person requesting for help does not see these notes.

  4. Allow us to send a follow up email manually to the person requesting help to rate our services provided.

  5. Generate Reports as needed.

My current Qualtrics project allows us to do functions 1, 2, and 5. However I can not find a viable replacement for functions 3 and 4.
Any suggestions?
