I have a survey with a several workflows. A response to the survey generates an initial ticket and a chain of emails and additional tickets based on certain conditions. Once the final ticket is closed, I would like to automatically send a follow-up survey. However, I want this follow-up survey to be sent approximately 2 months after the ticket is closed. How can I set it to send the follow-up survey 2 months after the close of the ticket? TIA!
