Copying and pasting Arabic from word document to Qualtrics

We hired an outside vendor to translate a survey from English to Arabic. When we go into the translation section in qualtrics, select edit language, then create a language to copy and paste the translated text, it is not copying over correctly due to the language being written from right to left... any thoughts on how to get this working?

Someone said qualtrics is only compatible with the typical "left to right" languages.

    I've worked with several surveys using Arabic and Urdu, both RTL. Never faced this issue.
    In the translator, set the language to arabic and then paste it in the rich content editor. If you paste it directly in HTML, you'll have to set the direction to rtl
