Hello Support,

My project is creating two different training forms, a survey and a questionnaire for three different groups. First, participants will assign to three different groups randomly. Second, the first two groups will work with two different training forms and the last groups without training form. Last, after the training completed three groups will complete the assessment survey and the same questionnaire, 

My question is if participants can complete all tasks mentioned above  in Qualtrics including assigning participants to three groups randomly, creating the training forms to train the participants then taking the survey or the participants can take the survey and questionnaire only in Qualtrics. The training forms must complete outside Qualtrics. Much appreciated for your assistance.

You technically can do everything inside Qualtrics.

A randomizer can help you assign groups. You can use the redirect option or hyperlinks to complete the different training forms (or not) for each group. Then send all of them the same survey.

 

However, you will need to see how you can track the Qualtrics response Id in your training form. You may also need to embedded Qualtrics in your training form (at the end) or redirect people to your Qualtrics survey.
