Hi guys,
We are right now working on our creatives and are looking around for some inspiration but we find it very difficult to find anything online. Could anyone share some inspiration with us since we are lacking ideas right now
Thank you and take care
Good morning from a sunny Lund :)
When you say creatives, do you mean survey setup and design?
If so I would recommend that you start by evaluating where you want your surveys to live primarily (mobild/ipads/PC etc.) and try and design it according to best practices for each.
We have always used a very sleek design with little "bells and whistles" to try and maintain focus on completing the survey. So a header image and then the survey, that's it. But I would say that it all depends on the channel of the survey, as well as intended survey length.
But I'm all for brainstorming, so if you get back with some additional details around what you want to achieve, I'd be happy to help if I can.
All the best

Hi Mattias and thank you for the answer!
The design isn't that a big problem since we already have brainstormed around this question. We are more interested in exploring how others have done it and learning more about the process.
I mean, the option that comes "out of the box" isn't the best looking, and therefore that is not an option for us. Instead, we will need to design our surveys by coding them and implementing them through the CSS option. Is that how you have done?
Would it be possible for you to share some screenshots with me Mattias?
Thanks!
Hello again
What is the "it" in your comment "how others have done it and learning more about the process." ?
Do you mean the general Customer Experience program and how to design that? Or are you referring to actual visuals?
The visuals will differ for us depending on the use case. "Normal" emailed surveys will look differently than what we use as a pop-up survey in our SaaS product.
I can absolutely share screenshots, I just need to understand what you're after. :)
All the best
-Mattias
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/53157#Comment_53157I'm referring to the actual visuals that are used for pop-up surveys. Sorry for the lack of clarity.
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/53202#Comment_53202The below is an in-product pop-up we used earlier this year.
We decided to remove the icon since they are already IN our product when this would appear. We have applied some java script to tighten the layout a little and remove some of the white space that was originally in there.
For our help pages (where we offer articles around the product) we chose to use an interceptor and format the survey pane slightly differently in order to better "fit" with the layout of the rest of the platform. So it's not a pop-up, but rather a static smaller survey.
This survey pane is positioned at the end of each help article we have and looks like this:
