I have tried everything to display my custom end of survey message, however, only the default message keeps showing. I have added my custom message through personal library and have added an EOS block in survey flow as well. Yet, I only get to see the default message in the previews. Can anyone help me sort out this issue? My custom EOS message contains additional information for the survey participants...

When customizing your EOS, there is an option called 'Override Survey Options'. Did you enable this? If so, could you please share some screenshots of the EOS and your survey flow?

I tried to replicate the same issue on my system and it works fine as expected for me. I am seeing the customised EOS. It might be a bug on your end or a temporary issue. I recommend contacting Qualtrics support for assistance. They can help you better.
