Hello,

I need to create a question as shown in the screen-shot, where I will be having few rows and column answer option as 0%-100% with 5% increment and an exclusive answer option i.e., I don’t know.

And need to validate respondent they can move forward only if either sum of all rows is equal to 100 or select “I don’t know”.
