Custom Validation Count Logic Matrix Table

I'm trying to force the respondent to select 1 Most Liked, 1 Least Liked and the rest as an N/A option in a matrix table. I'm using the custom validation to give an error that says they can only select one of each of the most/least liked. I'm using the logic in the picture and I get the error, but it is giving me an error when I am choosing 1 of each of the 2 options instead of when I select multiple Most Liked or multiple Least Liked. What am I missing in this logic?

Assuming I understand your objective correctly, I think this is how you want to set up the validation.
image.pngThe it is set up currently does not allow a respondent to choose Most Liked to Least Liked one time.
