We have a situation with our client: They want to have a specific user type for Cybersecurity, so that they can create, modify and eliminate users. So we created a customized Brand Administrator user for them. But they also want a customized user for their IT area, so that they can configure the rest of the Administrator operations (such as Vanity URL, SSO, SFTP, etc.). So, the IT area also has a customized Brand Administrator.
But, the Cybersecurity area and the Compliance Policy of our client, requires that the IT area doesn’t have the ability to change their own permissions as Brand Administrator.
Do you know (or maybe it is a good recommendation) if there is any way that we can further customize the “Brand Administrator” User for IT? So that they cannot see/edit the user’s permissions inside the Administrator’s tab. (We have already opened two tickets, and we know that the Brand Administrator doesn’t have any limits, since it’s the goal of this user type).
