Hi Community,
I want to customize my end of survey email template to include a summary of the scores, but I want to do this in a way the scores are categorized.
For instance,
Scores ranged 1-2 are labeled as Poor, and I can embedded this into my end of survey message depending on the score.
Theoretically it would look something like:
Your total score was a 10, Congratulations you are ranked in the Great Category.
All information I looked into dealt with survey flow and logic, however, it is the end of survey message I am trying to change.

You can pipe embedded variable in the EOS message. Simply pipe your score and label in your EOS message and it will change.
Thank you for the feedback! A follow up question - is it possible to incorporate a range within the embedded data set?
I am able to set a custom value for the data, however, I am looking to embed the data based on a range of values.
For instance I want to pipe in a Great Category based upon a range of scores.
You can set up a branch in Survey Flow to set an embedded data field based on a range of values. And then use that new embedded data field value in your message.
