I was able to use the "select all" function when selecting columns for my download in the past but somehow I can not tick this field anymore. Does anyone have an idea? Thank you in advance :-).

Is it happening for just one survey or all your survey projects? I would recommend raising a Qualtrics Support ticket as there is no reason why it should be disabled.
