Data & Analysis - Rank Question

Hello
Is there a way to show rank column choices along with the rank number in the data & analysis?
For example, I have a question that ranks choices 1 through 5. So maybe choice 1 is red, 2 is blue, 3 is purple etc. In Data & Analysis I am seeing 2,1,3 or 1,2,3 as responses.
When I export the data, I no longer know what choice aligns to 1, 2 or 3. How can I pull the choices into the data as well? If that needs to be a separate column in the data, that's ok.
I checked the supplemental survey data tool but there wasn't anything that worked for this question.
