The home page says my survey is active but the data and analysis section says: Last Record Collect - Never (Inactive). Please why is it saying its inactive
I have about 5 responses but the data and analysis page says ‘ recorded response (0/5)’ - recently added responses are being processed for speedier viewing. Please why are my responses saying that? I cant view my responses.

How long has the survey been displaying these messages? Sometimes the response processing will lag for minutes or longer. You might be able to resolve it by going to your account tab and clicking Refresh Account (see screen shot). But if that doesn’t work, and this has been going on for several hours or longer, I would suggest reaching out to Qualtrics support.

I left it through the night and it shows active now. The ‘recently added responses are being processed for speedier viewing’ message is no longer showing. I think the only issue is being unable to see the responses actually.
So I wanted to ask, do the responses show after the survey has been totally completed or they show as people fill the survey?

Responses will be available to view shortly after they are submitted. If you are still unable to view collected responses, reach out to Qualtrics support. I’ve heard of rare instances where responses are “stuck” and support has to do something on their end to make them available to the user.
