Several reviewers are entering their evaluations separately into a form, and I'm building a report that would calculate and consolidate the data from the multiple reviewers' entries. I'll give them the public URL to view their summarized results so they can discuss as a team.
There are some manipulations of the data that I want to show that do not seem possible within the native Report data visualizations. I can get something that comes close to what I'm needing in the Crosstabs analysis.
Is there any way for me to link the crosstabs results into the Report form so that they can see the crosstabs analysis? Is it possible to get the crosstabs analysis to update automatically as folks complete the form?
You will need to share crosstab's link instead and cannot use crosstabs in reports. Better would be to use dashboards but as not all modules in Qualtrics has access to it, the simplest would be to share it's link and it can be viewed from anywhere.
Hope this works for you!
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/51957#Comment_51957I only have been using Crosstabs for a few days now. There is a way to make a shareable link like for reports? And if I use this link, can anyone I share the link with see it, or must I collaborate with them in the survey?
I will look into the dashboard tool. When you say "but as not all modules in Qualtrics has access to it" what did you mean? I wasn't sure which parts have access to which parts. If we had the dashboard system, would that be able to pull from crosstabs and generate the kinds of visualizations that are in Reports?
zxc Dashboards are not a part of general XM module, so for me to be able to use it I will need to buy the same for my account.
Now, for reports, yes you will need to provide the person with access to be able to view the reports at their end. If its publick you won't need to provide an access.
Here is the link to know more on reports: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/reports-module/results-section/reports-overview/
Hope this helps!
