Is it possible to set up a display logic based on an open text entry question (via autocomplete), or to ‘group’ respondents based off their answers somehow?

I have an open entry question asking about sexual orientation (with most common ones covered in an autocomplete list) and would like to show different follow up questions depending on the identity of the respondent.

If their identity is selected from the autocomplete list, is this possible?
