Hello,

During our last term Evaluation in Qualtrics Q-Classroom, we encountered several issues that impacted our operations. These issues included:

• Duplicate student and instructor IDs
• Update failures

The presence of duplicate IDs for students and instructors led to significant discrepancies in the dashboard, making it difficult to accurately track and evaluate responses. Students and instructors affected have two records: one ID with leading zeros and the other without.

For example, student A has two IDs; OO123 (leading zeros) and 123 (without leading zero)

How can this be resolved since the correct ID is 00123 and with the data in ID 123 reconcile with 00123 after the fix.
