Hello all,
I distributed a survey by email to 49 recipients with university email accounts (SSO). I embedded data using contact list and used the contact list to distribute. The survey worked fine for the first 22 respondents. Then, I started to receive emails that recipients were receiving the message "This distribution was not sent to the expected recipient." As I received an email, I would send them a personalized link and it worked fine. I've searched online with this error message, but could not find an answer or fix. Before I distribute any other surveys using this method, could anyone explain why this is happening and how to prevent it? Thanks.

Do you have the error code available with you?

cldavi31 Can you please check if the list you have uploaded is still there because the error usually comes when the contacts are not in the directory of the distribution emails are deleted .

Thanks for your responses.
I put a few emails on the contact list that I can check in order to test. When I first distributed the survey, those links worked correctly. There was no time limit set on the survey. When I click on those links now, the attached screenshot page in the Chrome browser appears. There is no code.
Yes, the contact list is still in my directory.

I have seen the same error. Was it a setup/config issue or a bug? Did you resolve it?

I was not able to resolve it. I am looking into using URL distribution instead and setting up the links with string queries. Not sure exactly how to do this yet, but that's the next step if I can't get this resolved. I noticed several boards describing the same message, but no solutions that I could find.
