Are there any email limits for sending out advanced reports? I run an extensive program in my organization, and I have 50 surveys with advanced reports that go out monthly. The total number of scheduled advanced reports is over 2,000. I'm hearing that some employees are not receiving their scheduled report monthly, but if I go in and manually send it, they receive it.

I’d recommend reaching out to Qualtrics support on this one as they would be best placed to advise on such limits.

When I remove them as collaborators, the emails for their created reports stop going out. Support has escalated the issue with Qualtrics engineering team.
