I regularly distribute Qualtrics surveys via both email and SMS distributions. One persistent problem I’ve encountered is that the reminders I set up for both emails and texts do not automatically exclude people who already completed the survey via the other communication method. So if someone uses the email link to complete the survey, they will continue to receive SMS reminders, and vice versa.
I’ve looked around for a solution to no avail. I wonder if I’m missing something that can fix this?
