I have a form that collects requests that need to be processed. I set up an email task and it was working fine but now no matter what I do (delete it and recreate it, for instance) the emails that get sent just have:
You no longer have access to the response report for this survey.

In the body instead of the response data. I Googled this particular error and came up with nothing. Any suggestions?

Is your account part of an organizational license, or is it an individual account? If it's part of an organization, contact your Brand Admin; the response report option may have been disabled at the organization level.
Also, if you haven't already, make sure that the Expiration option in the Action is set to "Never".
