Has anyone managed to figure out how to use embedded data fields (pulling responses from the survey questions) while also using a TOC?

Hi EMack - you should be able to add Embedded Data right after your Table of Contents in the Survey Flow. If this is not the case, please be sure to reach out to our Support team, so they can further troubleshoot your setup!
