has anyone ever seen a similar error?

The error occurs after a user accesses an external training platform and then clicks on an anonymous link (which is supposed to lead to a survey to answer).

The English translation of the error is as follows:

“You can continue working in other areas of the system by clicking on the button or on the top link.

If the problem is not gone, please contact your administrator and provide the following details of the error:

Error: 3ee962fa 9ea8-4dc4-8df3-c3708b0a1c2f”

The user is present in the contact list associated with the survey.
