Hello, I’m setting up an survey, where I want to send a email to participants after submitting the survey (Event-Based). That email should be sent only at specific time (e.g 8:00 AM). How can I do this?

Workflows have an option to be sent at a specific time.
Create one workflow which sends out the emails once they are update via API.
Use the timed workflow to update the responses via API.
