Hi all,
One of my users is getting this expired link error when clicking a personalised link.
“You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired.”
The link is set to be open indefinitely, and the survey is not showing in the recorded responses list or the responses in progress list.
I've tried the link myself and get the same error, so I don't think it's a user/browser error.
I was considering deleting the person from the directory (distribution list) and re-adding them which might force Qualtrics to regenerate a survey link. Would this work?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
