I want to export the data similar to the format and order of the questions displayed on the survey. For example, the survey shows the questions vertically, and the data is exported horizontally.

The data will always be exported in a horizontal manner with each question ID separate to give you a clear picture. But you can create a hidden text graphic question and format it in the order you like and use that as a field to get all values at once. The only catch is you will get the recode values of the ranks and not the text, hence you need to define the recodes via the branch logic and embedded data first and then pipe the embedded data in the text graphic question.
