Export/Print Survey with Scoring | XM Community

How can I either Print or Export to Word a survey that shows the scoring being used for each question? Basically, I need to print an answer key for the survey.

Thanks

Hi there,
With your survey up in qualtrics, go to 'tool's -> import/export -> export to word, then you can choose various options of what information you want exported, including the recoded values of an option (e.g., male =0; female =1). Below is a link to a blog post about this in more detail with different options.

Hope this helps!

Thanks but the recoded values are not what I need. I'm looking for the scoring values for an assessment.

I have the same issue. I can go to the scoring tab, and then print the survey to a PDF file which does show the scoring, but the export to word does not export the scores. If that option can be included that would be awesome.

I take it from the lack of responses to this question that there is no answer and that it is not possible to export scores from Qualtrics? If that is the case, can anyone tell me what is the point of having scores ascribed to questions in the first place?

I have an assessment set up that has a choice of five possible answers, only one of which is correct. The correct asnwer scores one and the rest zero, but I cannot export these scores. I have to export instead recode values. However, because each response needs a different recode value, I have to ascribe one to the correct answer and two to five randomly to all wrong answers (as recode values always have to be different). I then export numerical data, but have to use ‘find and replace’ in ecxel to ascribe zero to all wrong answers. Becasue this is a manualy process there is always room for error. As Qualtrics records the scores, why can it not export them?

I pull up the scoring and after I have entered the correct scores, I “print page” from my google browser options.  I usually save as pdf instead of actually printing.  Haven’t found any option within Qualtrics to generate answer key otherwise.
