I have Likert scale data on a question on my survey:
Please select you level of agreement for the following statements: (Strongly disagree – strongly agree)
On the results page, the answers are correctly displayed, however, when I export to csv I have a mix of numbers, which are not even at 1-5 scale.
I have exported numerically and have the same issue.
Please help!

+27Somehow, through editing, your answer ids are no longer 1, 2, 3, etc. Go to your question and set the recodes to the desired values, then download again.
