I have Likert scale data on a question on my survey:
Please select you level of agreement for the following statements: (Strongly disagree – strongly agree)
On the results page, the answers are correctly displayed, however, when I export to csv I have a mix of numbers, which are not even at 1-5 scale.
I have exported numerically and have the same issue.
Please help!

Somehow, through editing, your answer ids are no longer 1, 2, 3, etc. Go to your question and set the recodes to the desired values, then download again.
