Filtering the Data & Analysis tab

Hi all. In the Data & Analysis tab I often need to filter by participant IDs (a text field collected in our survey). In many situations I have a long list of IDs that I need to filter. Is there a way to do this in the filter pop-up within the one line (ie, separated by commas, OR etc). I've made a few attempts but haven't found anything that works.
I understand that I can add additional conditions but it's a ridiculously slow way of doing this. It has become even slower since Qualtrics made the filter a pop-out box instead of being embedded in the page as it used to be.
