I monitor an email account to which I reply multiple times per week, sometime per day. I would like to be able to add under my signature block:
How was my reply?
The client would click on one of these stars and immediately be taken to a page where they see the stars they selected, and there is a “Tell us more” option.
Then simply a Submit button.
I’ve attached a pdf showing exactly what I am trying to replicate. I received this from a cabinet company employee with whom I was communicating.
Instructions would be much appreciated! I have read several threads on this, and still don’t understand what I need to do. I have created my two question survey.
