I created an email message to send (without a survey) using HTML provided by my team. The font appears accurately when I preview, but when I send a test email, the font is changing. I've included screenshots of how it should appear vs. how the font is changing once emailed. Wondering if anyone has encountered this issue before and has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot? Not certain if there is an issue with the html or if this is a Qualtrics issue.

The only reason why this would occur is that the font family is not included in outlook or where you are opening the email.
