Hi all,
On the preview version, the footer I made (withdraw linking to debriefing form) appears. However, when I publish the survey and try to do it on mobile or computer device mode, the footer does not appear. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Thank you.

Have you applied any custom theme or CSS which would be overriding it?
If no, try opening the link in incognito mode or after clearing browser cookies/cache and you should see the latest changes. Anonymous link usually picks up the previous version on the same browser.

I am using the "basic" theme and have not applied any CCS. I tried your recommendation of opening the link in incognito mode and the footer still does not appear.

It should not happen and seems like one of a kind issue. You can raise a Qualtrics Support Ticket and the team should be able to resolve this for you.
